World Age Groups Pics 1

Here is the first of several posts that will show off the events of the 2012 World Age Group Championships for Acrobatic Gymnastics.  Team Canada had 11 athletes from four clubs: Okanagan Gymnastics Club (OGC west), Calgary Acro, Gymnastics Mississauga, and the Oakville Gymnastics Club (OGC central). There is also OGC east Ottawa Gymnastics Club. 

The 7th World Age Group Championships for Acrobatic Gymnastics took place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports in Orlando, Florida.

Here is the team with the some of the cast of the Cirque du Soleil show La Nouba backstage at the show.  Alex Seifert (bottom right) was on the Canadian Senior Men's Tumbling team and so was David Poireir (top left) in 2003.
