New Training Suit Measurements

As per the Parent Information Meeting in early September we are getting a new Acrobatic Gymnastics Training/Competition suit.  This suit will be used as the competition suit for acrobats in the Interclub Groups 1 and 2 and as training (or warm up) suits for those in the Provincial and Elite Group when at competitions.  We are again going with the Saucy's World gym suit company for the manufacturing of our training suit.  The design will be simple but a little nicer than the previous design we have had for the past two years.

Chris and Jocelyn from Saucy's World will be at the OGC on Tuesday, October 9th to take measurements of the acrobats for this new suit.  Measurements can be taken between 4:30 and 7:00pm.  Athletes should be wearing their training leotard or singlet so that measurements can be taken easily (no baggy clothes as it makes it hard to take measurements).

As well if you need the OGC tracksuit Twist Activewear will be at the gym from 4:00 to 8:00pm on the same day, Tuesday, October 9th with sizing suits for you to try on.  This year we will also have available hooded sweatshirts, track pants and OGC t-shirts.  These additional items are optional.  I will provide pictures here on the blog once I have them to share.
If you do not have a tracksuit and you are in the Provincial or Elite group you must have one for the 2012/2013 season.  If you are in the Interclub Group 1 or 2 the tracksuit is optional but suggested.

Please be sure to come to the OGC on Tuesday, October 9th to be measured and try on sizing garments.

Tracksuit SWAP:  if you purchased a tracksuit last year and would like to sell or swap it please bring it on Tuesday, October 9th.  Parents will be able to connect with each other via the main office.  A sign up sheet will be there for tracksuit swap.  Please put your name, email, phone number and tracksuit size that you wish to swap.  Bring the tracksuit (washed) in a bag clearly indicating that it is yours and leave it with the office.  They can then let others try it on if there is someone interested.  All transactions will be up to the families wishing to swap and will not be the responsibility of the office staff.
