February Acrobatic Gymnastics Schedule

Here is the February Acrobatic Gymnastics schedule.

Please note the special events:

Don will be away from the 11th to the 18th.  Don's groups will have supply coaches working with Mack and Ioana.  If you have an Acro Program questions while Don is away please ask Jane or David.

Family Day:  There will be No Training on Monday, February 17th except for those athletes preparing fo the Elite A & B groups are also preparing for the Maia Cup.

2nd Ontario Cup:  On the Friday, February 21st the OGC will be hosting the Acrobatic Gymnastics group from Altadore Gymnastics Club of Calgary.  They will be coming to the OGC to train from 9:00am to 12:00noon.  All Elite A, Elite B, Provincial 2 and Provincial 3 groups are welcome to train with them.  Please speak to your group and let David or Jane know whether or not you would like to come to this training on the Friday morning.  If you attend the Friday morning then you will not need to come to training in the evening. This way you will be able to get to bed early so that you are prepared for the Saturday competition.  As well we are looking for your assistance to bring the Altadore kids to the gym for the training from their hotel.  As well we are looking for some families to help host by taking the Altadore group to Niagara Falls that afternoon after our training.    Please let Don know if you are interested in helping to welcome, transport and host our guests.
The 2nd Ontario Cup will take place at the Gymnastics Mississauga Gym on Saturday, February 22nd from 8:30am to probably 8:30pm as there are athletes coming from clubs in Calgary and Quebec to compete.  It will be a long competition.  I will post the competition schedule and the address of Gymnastics Mississauga closer to the start of the competition.

Maia Cup in Portugal:  Good Luck to our Elite A and Elite B group partnerships that will be heading to the Maia Cup in Portugal the first week of March.  We will have supply coaches and some alterations to the schedule during that week.
