The year's Gymnastics Ontario Coaching Congress was only the second time that an Acrobatic Gymnastics event has taken place at a provincial level in Ontario. The OGC Acrobatics Team were the overwhelming contributors and participants in this event. Not only did we supply interested young coaches we also provided the demonstration athletes.
Well done OGC Acrobatics team. You looked great. I will post some pictures here.
I hope you all felt like you got something out of it and will be able to transfer all you learned at this congress to what you are working on in the gym.
