Please note that the training for Scott and Greg's Monday time will take place at the new facility.

Details on when all groups will be making the transition to the new space will be provided this week.

Summer Weeks Off for OGC Acro

Summer Weeks Off

The OGC Acro program plans to have the 

following two weeks off in the Summer of 2017:

July 24th to 28th 

and 

July 31st to August 4th

Please try to book your weeks of summer vacation during those times.

The Summer 2017 Schedule and Fall/Winter/Spring schedule for OGC Acro is being worked on at this time.  We will share the drafts of these schedules as soon as we are able.

Items to note:

Ontario Championships are coming up in Pickering.  The competition schedule is already posted here.

National Acro Cup is coming up at OGC May 26th to 28th.  Be sure to invite all of your friends and extended family to come watch the best Acro in Canada compete for the big cup.

OGC Year End Banquet Awards Dinner is a different event than the OGC Year End Gala Gymnastics Show.  They are not the same thing.

There is one more event for the Provincial 2 Girls Acro Group,  the Boys Acro Group and the Provincial 3 Girls Acro Group, Ontario Gymnaestrada.  An email will be circulated to these three groups inviting them to participate in this large performance style event which includes a weekend of workshops and fun in Hamilton June 17th and 18th.

The P2, P3 and Boys groups will be doing a large multi-group routine for the OGC Year End Gymnastics Show.  We will have a routine to perform at the Ontario Gymnaestrada and this will provide the younger kids with an opportunity to learn a bit more about how to be performers.  Look for an email with more information about the Ontario Gymnaestrada this week.

Note that the schedule starts in the late afternoon on Saturday, April 22nd.

OGC Acro Gets a New Facility

As most of you already know we have exciting news about our new facility for the acro program.  

OGC has secured a new location for acro to train out of that is just down the street.

1155 North Service Road West, Unit #16.

Presently you are receiving emails about assisting with the renovations to the new location.  We should be able to begin training in this new location by the end of May or just after the National Acro Cup in June.  

Not all classes will move to the new facility.  Some classes will have new schedules.  Please keep up to date on reading your emails from the club as details be come available we will share them with you.  Until an official email is sent out with a new schedule all classes will run as per the current schedule.
