Congratulations to Julia, Natalie and Charlotte.  Now you can keep that summer feeling all year round.

Handstand Contest TIME TO VOTE

Here are the last submissions for the summer handstand photo contest.  Charlotte had them in before the deadline.  I'm just a bit slow getting them up here on the blog.

I will circulate a voting page at the gym to decide on our top three best handstand photos for the summer of 2013.  

I have a new contest for December coming up.  It's gonna be fun. Keep your eyes open for the new contest.

Miho Inaba, OGC Alumni in Our Canada Magazine

The August/September issue of Our Canada magazine features an article about Miho Inaba, an OGC Acrobatic Gymnastics program Alumni and former recreational coach who has left her university program in architecture to become a student at the National Circus School in Montreal.  Way To Go Miho!  We are so proud of you.  It's a great article.
